As the sun begins to set, our experienced sommelier introduces you to the rich wine heritage of the islands, explaining indigenous grape varieties, the unique Aegean terroir, and the distinctive soils and microclimates that shape each wine.

Taste a selection of 3–4 carefully chosen Cycladic wines, expertly paired with local cheeses, artisanal cold cuts and traditional delicacies that showcase the island’s gastronomic heritage. Throughout the tasting, discover the stories behind local wineries, family producers and the sustainable traditions that have defined Cycladic viticulture for generations.
